John didn't want a service at the Crem.  His original wish had been to have his body donated to medical science but, because of the COVID19 Lockdown, all universities are currently closed and therefore cannot accept his body.

We have therefore arranged a simple cremation, which will take place at 10.30 am on Monday, 1 June 2020, when John's immediate family will gather at Fixby Crematorium, Huddersfield, to say their final goodbyes.

Friends and extended family are warmly invited to pay their own tributes to John by adding content to this Tribute Site and, if wished, by making a donation in John's memory to Kirkwood Hospice, in lieu of flowers.
